This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your information when you use the HomePe mobile application (Android & iOS) and our website www.homepe.app (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to the practices described below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

• Device data – device model, operating‑system version, unique device identifiers and IP address.
• Usage data – screen interactions, simulation parameters, crash logs and performance metrics.
• Location data – approximate location generated from IP, or precise GPS if you grant permission for regional customisation.

• Analytics and attribution platforms (Firebase, Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
• Financial market APIs to obtain mutual‑fund NAVs.
• Social‑login providers (Google / Facebook) if you choose to sign in that way in future versions.

The mobile app uses device identifiers instead of cookies; you can reset your advertising ID or disable analytics in the app settings.
8. Social Logins (Future Feature)
If you choose to sign in with Google or Facebook, we will receive your basic profile (name, email, profile photo) and use it solely to create your HomePe account. You can revoke access in your social‑media account settings at any time.
9. International Transfers
Our primary servers are located in Mumbai, India. We do not routinely transfer personal data outside India. If future disaster‑recovery backups require cross‑border storage, we will use encryption and contractual safeguards before any transfer.
10. Data Retention
• Your account data is retained while your account remains active.
• Analytics logs are stored for up to 24 months.
• Back‑ups containing deleted‑account data are purged within 30 days.
• Marketing‑opt‑out (suppression) lists are kept for up to 5 years to honour your preferences.When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.
11. Keeping Your Data Safe
• 24 × 7 monitoring and incident‑response procedures; we will notify affected users within 72 hours of a confirmed breach.

13. Do‑Not‑Track
We honour browser Do‑Not‑Track signals on our website by disabling behavioural advertising. In the mobile app you can turn off analytics from the Privacy settings page.

We may revise this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in law or our practices. Material changes will be announced by email or in‑app notification at least 7 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top will always show the newest version.

16. Review, Update or Delete Your Data
• Open the HomePe app → Settings → Delete Account to erase your data instantly.
• Alternatively, email support@homepe.app from your registered address. We will verify your identity (via registered email or OTP) and complete the request within 7 business days.
